Compliant Lacquer Thinner is usually a mixture of solvents able to dissolve a number of different resins or plastics used in modern Lacquer. Compliant Lacquer Thinner meets the emission requirement of volatile organic compounds (VOC) under Rule 1171 for Solvents and Cleaning Operations, Rule 1143 for Consumer Paint Thinners & Multipurpose Solvents, and Rule 1136 for Wood Products Coatings.
